Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all fabric and trims returns.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all fabric and trims exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Notions and Sewing Tools
  • Swatches
  • Final Sale Items
  • Items showing signs of use or damages

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fee and original shipping costs (if applicable).

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective fabric, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, with no restocking fee applied.
